Quirky and pleasant hotel in an amazing position to the ferry port in rush hour traffic. Easy free parking and savoury breakfast with local touches.

The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was immaculate with a view. I truly enjoyed that there were a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating.

Delightful, clean venue with great location really close to beach, the Getxo seafront, and the port of Bilbao. Stylish king room, lovely beds. Welcoming staff, savoury and satisfactory breakfast with cheese and pastries, as for instance. Relaxing experience there.

Everything was great, had a really great stay for our friends wedding. The breakfast was tasty with local touches.

Very tasty and great breakfast with plenty of options, delightful and clean place. Great and beautiful location, fashionable double room with an outward looking window as well as a mini fridge. Not far from a port and 10 minutes' walk to the downtown.

Fairly clean place with extremely friendly staff and lovely view of the beach. Nicely decorated room with best bathroom and very comfy beds. Plenty of food at the tasty and great breakfast. Overall a really good stay in September.

Good stay, we were there for 1 day. Very polite staff and the breakfast was savoury with mini-danish, which changed daily plus lovely views.

Great location right by the beach, with a 10-minute walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially when I was sick with a cold. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom was also a good size. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and there was hot milk available. Despite a few drawbacks like the mattress being a bit old and not very firm, and no cappuccinatore for frothing milk at breakfast, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Good location, views to the sea

No food available on a Monday( the day we stopped ) only 1 seat for 2 people.

Hotel position in front of the beach was delightful. Very pleasant breakfast room and good selection of hot and cold choicesThere was an excellent walk along the sea wall. There is also a metro train that takes you into Bilbao city which is accessible from Algorta town centre, another pleasant walk either up the steep slope or take the lift. Lots of restaurants but either an understanding of Spanish or a phrase book is essential

Sometimes an unpleasant toilet smell around the reception/groundfloor toilet area. We had the apartment for 4 adults which was very well set out but tight for space and the bathroom door does not meet top or bottom! So showers and toilet flushes are quite noisy. Also no view out the window as just walls. More suitable for a family of 4 as one double bed and bunk beds (which squeak).

This hotel is a hidden gem in a fantastic location. Situated on the beautiful Getxo seafront, it offers breathtaking views and easy access to the beach promenade. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities, and the ones with a balcony and seaview are simply stunning. I particularly loved the massive water pressure in the shower, it was an invigorating experience. The comfortable bed provided a refreshing night's sleep, and the breakfast buffet had a delightful selection of local touches that added a special touch to my mornings.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

bad smell in the room; stuff is not service oriented: when you ask them something their first reply is that you can find this information on the internet. I made a mistake on checkout I gave them the wrong credit card. to cancel the transaction and fix it lasted ages (after a walk to the beach and 90 min ! it was not done)
